SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is received we will confirm your purchase via email and we will process it and ship it within 2 business days. We really want you to receive your purchase within 5-7 working days, but there might be circumstances outside our control once we have shipped the item. If you do not receive your items within this timeframe or your items are damaged on arrival, please contact us on info@indurclothing.co.uk and we will do our very best to resolve this for you in a satisfactory way.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Indur Clothing. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us via your returns form (link below) within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. Indur Clothing must receive items unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. After the 14 day period or if the items are not in the original condition we will not offer a refund or exchange.
